-All of Sherelle Scrubs products have 100% all natural ingredients. You can find these ingredients under or in the products description. 

HOW ARE SHERELLE SCRUBS PRODUCTS MADE? 

-Sherelle Scrubs products are handmade by the CEO Jayla Sherelle.

CAN I RETURN OR GET A REFUND FOR  MY ITEMS? 

-We do not offer refund because we do not have a return policy. However, if there is a problem with your item or can't use them after you buy them due to the ingredients, please contact us via email. 

 IS SHERELLE SCRUBS SAFE FOR SENSITIVE SKIN?

-Yes ! All products are safe for people with very sensitive skin. Our CEO has eczema and made sure every product was safe for even herself to use.

HOW DO I KNOW SHERELLE SCRUBS IS SAFE TO USE?

- Every product sold by Sherelle Scrubs is tested many times by our CEO before it is distributed out to customers.

ARE THE SCRUBS EDIBLE ?

- Although all of our products are made with 100% all natural ingredients, they are NOT edible.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR PROCESSING & SHIPPING ?

- Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, processing may take 0-7 business days and once shipped, products will take 2-3 days to arrive. 

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING POLICY ?

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail & takes 2-3 days to arrive depending on how far you stay from Atlanta, Georgia. Tracking numbers are sent to the email provided during the check out process & you will be notified when your order has been shipped. To avoid any leakage or melting of our products, we DO NOT ship on weekends during the SUMMER months ! 

Order Processing: 1-7 business days 
Standard Shipping: 3-5 days after processing
